4 Tips to serve wine during your receptions !
Here are some tips to help you create the perfect match between wine and food during your dinner with friends !


1 - Respect the order of service of the wines you have selected
Serve wine from the youngest to the oldest
Serve the wine from the driest to the sweetest
Serve the wine from the freshest to the most temperate
Serve the wine from the lightest to the most robust
Serve dry white wines before red wines
Serve the red wines before the sweet ones
2 - Serve the wine before the dish
The aromas of the wine can be expressed and opened while waiting for the dish.
3 - Change your guests' glasses as often as possible
This will prevent the aromas from mixing between the different wines.

Dry and nervous white wine goes perfectly with a seafood platter, goat cheese and fish with melting flesh
