We had a Top6 All Red at the Molo Lolo Lodge on April, 26th, 2018. We tasted the finest South African wines ranging from Shiraz and Malbec to Bordeaux Blends and Rhône Blends.

THE WINE: Peter Falke Signature Syrah 2015 reveals intense notes of cranberries, cherry, white pepper with hints of vanilla. The palate is full bodied with a delicate spiciness and silky tannins. This wine will be perfect with stews and mildly spicy ethnic foods such as slow cooked lightly spiced beef brisket, grilled rack of lamb, Indian curry or mild spiced Mexican stew.
