It was after a long career in the international sommelier and some participations in similar professional tastings that Frédéric Dassé decided in 2010 to develop Top12Wines concept. His goal was to fill a frustration existing in him and many wine lovers about how to taste the wines :

Why in many countries, wine lovers are told by wine professionals what wine t hey must enjoy and buy ?

There aren't others ways to consult the public itself on its own taste ?

In other words, as Fred often says "if you want to know what the public will enjoy best, ask that question to the public, nobody else!"
